Therapeutic Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes to encourage a state of relaxation and sooth aching muscles. Pressure is catered to each individual based on needs and comfort level. The level can range from gentle, moderate or deeper pressure for pain relief, stress reduction and many other health benefits.

  • 30 minutes - $55
  • 60 minutes - $70
  • 70 minutes - $80
  • 80 minutes - $90

Prenatal/Postpartum Massage

Prenatal Massage focuses on addressing the specific needs of Expecting Moms, such as low back pain, hip pain, neck pain and sore feet. A side-lying position and additional pillows are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen and ensuring maximum comfort during the session. This is a special, peaceful time for Mommy and Baby to connect. Note: Prenatal Massage is performed after the 13th week of pregnancy and must have written clearance by overseeing physician.

Synergy Stone Massage

Experience soothing warmth, custom therapeutic pressure and flowing rhythmical motion using Hand-Crafted, Ultra-Smooth Synergy Stones. Unlike a traditional Hot Stone Massage, this is a Water-Less system. The ultra-smooth stones glide effortlessly across the skin or can even be used over clothing to leave you both rejuvenated and "Synergized"!

Lemon Grass Hot Stone Massage

Smooth Basalt Stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Lemon Grass Essential Oil is infused into the water for a refreshing and revitalizing experience.
